Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups plus 2T. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) package semisweet chocolate morsels Preparation Beat butter and sugars in food processor until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture until well combined. Stir in morsels. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 to 14 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 5 dozen
