Spinach Salad With Oranges, Grapes and Dried Cranberries
Ingredients
6 cups fresh baby spinach
2 oranges, peel removed, segmented
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Wash spinach; drain and pat dry. In a salad bowl combine spinach, orange sections, grapes and cranberries.
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake until well blended. When ready to serve, drizzle over the salad
and toss lightly. Serves 4 - 6
