Saucy Chicken With Fruit

Ingredients
1 large onion, sliced
1 T. each Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 T. quick-cooking tapioca
1/2 cup American Spoon ginger plum grill sauce*
1 cup Papaya or Mango juice
1 cup shortcut carrots
8 pieces skinless, boneless chicken
1 1/2 cups dried fruit (raisins, apricots, prunes and or cranberries)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Place onion slices on bottom of slow cooker. Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, tapioca, plum sauce and juice in a large bowl; add chicken and toss to coat. Place all in slow cooker; add carrots and dried fruit. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or until chicken is tender. Serves 6 - 8 *American Spoon products are in our gourmet department.
