Pot Roast with Vegetables
Ingredients
4 lbs. chuck roast
Garlic Pepper Blend
1 T. olive oil
1/2 cup Marsala wine
2 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
5 carrots, peeled & sliced
3 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
Season the roast with Garlic Pepper Blend. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the roast on all sides. Place roast in a slow cooker. Deglaze skillet with the wine. Add the liquid to crock pot. Add the condensed soup, onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, potatoes and celery. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Serves 8 |
