Four Season Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz. white chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a mixer, combine butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to
batter alternately with sour cream and melted chocolate. Mix until evenly blended. Stir in all of the chocolate chips. Drop
the dough by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheets and bake for 13-15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
