Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup butter, softenend
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 cup hot water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
Melt chocolate morsels in microwavable bowl at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring occasionally.
Beat butter and brown sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating just until blended. Add melted chocolate, beat until melted. Whisk together flour and baking soda. Add
to chocolate mixture, alternately with sour cream. Beat until blended. Gradually add hot water at low speed
just until blended. Stir in vanilla. Spoon batter into a greased and cocoa dusted Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for
55 to 65 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
