Baked Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaisse, cream cheese, mozzarella,
Parmesan, garlic, artichoke hearts and pepper. Place mixture in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake 30
minutes or until the surface is lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm. Serve with pita
chips.
